1. How The Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)

Grinch becomes irritated with the cheery Christmas festivities in Whoville and decides to ruin Christmas of the Whos by sneaking into town on Christmas eve to steal everything associated with the holiday. However, when Grinch encounters the adorable Cindy Lou Who, he learns that the spirit of Christmas goes much deeper than presents and decorations.


2. Christmas With The Kranks (2004)

Based on the 2001 novel Skipping Christmas by John Grisham, this comedy film is a must-watch this festive season. The storyline of this intriguing movie revolves around Luther Krank and Nora Krank. With their daughter away, the Kranks decide to skip Christmas traditions one year and take a cruise in the Caribbean instead. But when their neighbors learn about their plan, they are aghast, especially Vic Frohmeyer and Walt Scheel. Soon, the battle of wits between the Kranks and their neighbors intensifies and the Kranks find themselves social outcasts because of their lack of Christmas spirit.


3. The Grinch (2018) 

This wonderfully animated movie became the highest-grossing holiday film of all-time. The Grinch and his loyal dog, Max live a solitary life inside a cave on Mount Crumpet, but their life is disturbed by the cheerful Christmas celebrations of Whoville. When the Whos decide to make Christmas bigger and brighter, the annoyed Grinch realizes there is only one way for him to gain some peace and quiet. With help from Max and Fred (a fat reindeer), Grinch decides to pose as Santa Claus & steal all the Whoville’s decorations and gifts to ruin Christmas. However, when Grinch meets the lovable Cindy Lou Who, he learns about the true spirit and meaning of Christmas.


4. Klaus (2019)

Hailed for its innovative animation, heartwarming story and vocal performances, this fascinating movie is a Christmas must. When Jesper proves himself as the postal academy’s worst student, he is posted to a frozen island above the Arctic Circle, where the conflicting locals hardly talk to each other. Jesper is about to give up when he discovers a friend in Alva (a local teacher) and Klaus (an enigmatic carpenter who lives alone in a cabin full of handmade toys). Their unlikely friendship melts an age-old feud and brings smiles, laughter, and happiness to Smeerensburg, establishing new relations between greathearted neighbors and delivering tons of cheerful holiday traditions.


5. The Christmas Chronicles (2018)

This movie is one of the most heartfelt Christmas flicks that you will find on Netflix. This appealing movie tells the story of siblings Teddy Pierce and Kate Pierce. The brother & sister duo set a plan to capture Sanat Claus on a hidden camera. Their plan turns into an unexpected journey as both the children hide in Santa’s sleigh, cause it to crash and almost wrecked Christmas. As their wild night unravels, Kate and Teddy work together with Santa and his loyal Elves to save Christmas before it’s too late.
